Finca La Guamara is a farm located in Toledo, in the Norte de Santander region of Colombia, at 800–2,200 masl. This lot is graded as Excelso - a classification referring to its medium-to-large bean size and consistent quality. Grown at high altitude, the beans develop slowly, resulting in a denser, harder structure that contributes to a richer flavor. 

This coffee is roasted for espresso or filter. Expect a full-bodied, balanced shot with a lemon hint.
