Colombia Sugarcane Decaf
Sourced from smallholder farmers across Colombia, grown at 1400–2100 masl. Fully washed and decaffeinated using ethyl acetate (EA), a naturally occurring compound derived from sugarcane. EA binds with caffeine and extracts it, leaving the flavour compounds intact. Any residue is removed by steaming, making it a clean, chemical-free process. The result is a sweet, balanced cup with notes of caramel, chocolate, and raisin.
